Specializing in B2B content strategy, development and execution, Don was a Director of Marketing with DiscountMyFlights.com, Audience Development Manager at Smart Meetings, and has won awards as a writer and Managing Editor of Sprout Social’s Insights blog. Oh yah, he wrote a book too (Twitter for Skeptics) to help folks realize the business potential of a little thing called Twitter.
